Emily's school is having a pumpkin festival this week, so we took a trip to Bullard's and bought some fall decor along with the girls' pumpkins. The pumpkin taken to school could not be carved, but could be decorated with paint, markers, etc. Emily of course picked a wood horse cut out and painted it brown like Lacey, and then used glitter for horseshoes, polka dots, etc. Rylie wanted one of the biggest pumpkins there and drew a picture of herself and painted a turtle to glue on. Not the traditional pumpkin decorating, but hey they used their own creativity.
