I like to be creative, love projects, and always seem to have a bigger "projects to start" pile, because before I get started I find something else that I have a hard time resisting. I committed to starting and finishing all of these projects before I buy anything else. I have a thing for fabrics, scrapbook paper, etc. So today, with the help my my mom, I started my sewing pile. Everything I accomplished was for gifts for upcoming holidays, so I killed two birds with one stone. My mom is pretty crafty, and I have drug her into helping with lots of projects where my expertise lacks. We have made tons of things: curtains, pillows, quilts, etc. But the biggest one was reupholstering a couch. Learned my lesson, probably won't tackle that one again. Anyways, thanks Mom for another project day!
