1. The Holiday Countdown begins, it is officially December already. Instead of the candy version advent calendar, we are doing something new to number the days until the special holiday arrives. Gather holiday books and wrap them with numbered tags. I used odds and ends wrapping paper, and scrapbook paper to make tags out of. Let the kids unwrap one each day and read together. Great way to get reading time in, cuddle time in, and celebrate the season.
2. 24 more days and I am:
90% done with holiday shopping
50% done with holiday gift crafting
50% done with holiday card making
50% done with holiday decorating
0% done with holiday baking
3. 30 more days until the 2012 HGTV Dream Home premiers.
