I had been looking for dresses for the girls for my cousin's wedding. Shopping with two girls who know what they like and their tastes differ from mom's, we went fabric shopping instead. I used this ruffle fabric and the Carline pattern from Frog Legs and Ponytails, sheer ribbon for the belt, and cotton solid fabric for the flowers.
Since the wedding was in Rockville, we spent time at The Bloomer House getting ready. Rylie loved Aunt Shirley's pink bathroom!
