TO THINK LIKE A CHILD

Monday after Emily came home from school, we went to the library. She picked out a children's book "Mia Hamm, Winners Never Quit". In the back of the book, there are actual pictures of the soccer player spanning from her child hood to her Olympic/pro days. We have read this book the last two nights. Tonight, the question arose-"Mom, why do mom's play soccer?"

My answer went something like, well some mom's like to play soccer, some moms played when they were younger and still like to play. Some moms play soccer for fun and some moms play soccer for their jobs, kind of like Tiger plays golf for his job, Peyton Manning plays football for his job, etc. Emily says, "Mom, you should quit your other job and have soccer as your job."
